The Shenandoah Dive Locker
Virginia Beach, Virginia before deployment
My buddies Clark and Don ("Pep") at the apartment on 24th Street
& Arctic in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
December 1985 - Clark, me, and Pep in front of the apartment. Pep shared it
with another frog, but when his roommate was deployed, he offered to set me up
there in order to get me off the ship. I have never forgot that kind
gesture.
The three amigos at The Jewish Mother just before our first
deployments - me on the Shenandoah, them with the teams.
12 Dec 1985 - A little surprise on my 21st birthday from Clark
and Pep. That plaque hangs in my office today!
Pep and Clark demonstrating the proper etiquette in
rock-n-rolling the M-60 machine gun. My dive buddy Red was a former US
Marine and I had these photo's near his locker for some "psychological ops."
